Position Overview:

Were looking for a Senior Web & Graphic Designer who can take ownership of endtoend design projects from visual branding to website layout and deliver highquality work that converts. This role blends creativity and structure producing stunning designs while managing deadlines collaborating across teams and ensuring client needs are not only met but exceeded.

Youll work closely with project managers clients and junior designers turning complex ideas into elegant digital visuals that perform. If youre someone whos passionate about combining aesthetics with purpose and thrives in a remote clientfacing fastpaced environment this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design userfriendly conversionoptimized website layouts using Figma for WordPress builds (primarily using Divi).
• Develop custom branding and logo concepts that align with client identity and business goals.
• Create highimpact marketing graphics and digital ad creatives across platforms like Google Facebook and Microsoft.
• Engage in client calls to guide branding and creative direction discussions.
• Mentor and assist associate designers and interns providing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage timelines track progress and set client expectations.
• Document and refine internal design systems and processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous records of all design projects and iterations.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Proven experience designing websites for WordPress (design only; no coding required).
• Strong portfolio that includes branding logo design and digital marketing visuals.
• Experience with websites designed for small businesses ideally in healthcare dental or similar fields.
• Deep understanding of design for performance and conversion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and defend design choices.
• Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Highly selfmotivated with the ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setup.

NicetoHaves:

• Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Microsoft Facebook) and the asset formats/sizes they require.
• Experience with WordPress administrative tasks and CMS usage.
• Ability to create simple GIFs or lightweight motion graphics for digital assets.
