Job Description
Duncan & Ross is looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune. Specializing in technical staffing for the Oil & Gas sector youll play a critical role in connecting top engineering talent with leading energy projects across the region and beyond.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities within your assigned organizational scope.
- Lead and participate in recruitmentrelated initiatives and projects to continuously improve processes and efficiency.
- Engage directly with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source screen and assess candidates based on client requirements ensuring highquality placements.
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across online recruitment platforms and internal systems.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment with a strong grasp of recruitment and HR processes.
- Prior experience recruiting in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is essential.
- Proven ability to deliver clientfocused solutions and meet hiring targets.
- Strong communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools MS Office especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
