Were hiring for a frontline Customer Service role where youll help customers who are worried about fraud on their bank accounts. Youll be their first point of contact helping them feel safe heard and supported.
Taking calls from customers reporting suspicious transactions
Listening reassuring and helping to resolve their concerns with empathy
Using multiple systems to investigate and update cases accurately
Following processes carefully to protect customers and their money
6 months experience in any customer service role (contact centre retail hospitality all welcome)
A calm clear communicator whos comfortable dealing with emotional or distressed callers
Techsavvy with solid typing and multitasking skills
Able to work fulltime on a rotational shift pattern (days evenings weekends)
25480 salary from day one
500 bonus after 6 months
2 weeks of paid classroom training followed by supported live calls
