The IT Daily Operations Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users managing IT assets and ensuring the smooth operation of the organizations technology infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Excel Word) and Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with Office 365 Active Directory and user management.
Experience with IT ticketing/service desk platforms (e.g. ServiceNow Jira Zendesk).
Basic networking skills (DNS DHCP PING TRACERT).
Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices for endpoint and user account management.
Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills.
Detailoriented organized and adaptable to new technologies.
Work Environment
All work is performed at the corporate office; however the position may include occasional day trip travel.
Standard business hours; may require occasional afterhours support or oncall availability.
