JOB PURPOSE

Todays brands are built on social and Analysts are the ones who steer them towards performance and innovation. They power our collaboration by interrogating data delivering insightful analysis and guiding creatives and strategic decisionmaking in order to drive business impact.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Develop reporting frameworks that align with client objectives and industry best practices
• Distill complex and disparate datasets into compelling insights and learnings
• Prepare reports and talking points that give clarity to teams and stakeholders
• Ensure the quality and consistency of data and reporting
• Work with clients internal analytics teams to develop a holistic view on performance
• Set the standard for how data and reporting can be leveraged to fuel campaign strategy and realtime optimizations
• Elevate reporting methodologies tools and visualizations to improve our impact
• Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
• Contribute to alwayson social and campaign planning with insightdriven thinking
• Evaluate and recommend new tools platforms and methodologies to advance our analytics capabilities.
• Confidently present insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients translating data into actionable narratives

WHAT YOU BRING

• 46 years of experience in a social media analytics or strategy role within a digital creative or media agency; or inhouse at a consumerfacing brand
• Deep understanding of social platform ecosystems (TikTok Meta YouTube X Snap etc.) and how to measure performance across both organic and paid media
• Experience developing and managing crosschannel reporting dashboards and performance frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in social analytics and listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch Pulsar Sprinklr Talkwalker).
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
• Experience integrating social data with broader business KPIs
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear narratives with actionable recommendations
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
• A collaborative and curious nature and an interest in the evolving social media landscape

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience expertise physical location and organizational impact. This is based on a 40hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind were flexible.
