Job Description

Description of the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Caregivers (CNA HCA) to join our team in several rural areas in Davenport WA. As a caregiver you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Ensure clients safety and wellbeing at all times

Requirements:

  • Certification as a CNA or HCA
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

Competitive pay of $19.00 $23.00 per hour paid biweekly

  • Extra $4.00 per hour for working a short shift (23 hours)
  • 1 hour bathing shift pays $40.00
  • Couples care pays $5.00 more per hour
  • Many caregiver incentives and bonuses
