Description of the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Caregivers (CNA HCA) to join our team in several rural areas in Davenport WA. As a caregiver you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Ensure clients safety and wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
- Certification as a CNA or HCA
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
Competitive pay of $19.00 $23.00 per hour paid biweekly
- Extra $4.00 per hour for working a short shift (23 hours)
- 1 hour bathing shift pays $40.00
- Couples care pays $5.00 more per hour
- Many caregiver incentives and bonuses
