Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The mathematics department is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach one to two sections of MAT1030 The Mathematics of Finance on TR from 3:15pm445pm and / or MWF 9:45am10:45am for Fall 2025. This course (a general education course) is an introduction to the basic mathematics of finance. Topics include simple interest simple discount compound interest annuities investments retirement plans taxes credit cards and mortgages.

We welcome applications from instructors with amasters degree in mathematics or mathematics education. The masters degree should be from a regionally accredited institution with documented completion of 18 graduate hours in mathematics.
