Your Job Opportunity:
EVPassport is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our expanding finance and accounting team. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting supporting the monthend close process and driving operational excellence across key accounting functions
This position is ideal for a Senior Accountant with 3 years of experience who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to make a measurable impact in a quickly growing organization.
You will work closely with the Controller and VP of Finance aligning strategies and driving initiatives to ensure accurate financial reporting support the monthend close process and drive operational excellence across key accounting functions.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support all aspects of the monthly quarterly and yearend close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries account reconciliations and financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable fixed assets and revenue recognition.
- Assist in preparing management reporting packages and financial analyses for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Controller to develop and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Support the optimization and maintenance of the companys ERP system (NetSuite) including data integrity and automation initiatives.
- Assist with external audits tax filings and compliance reporting working directly with external auditors and consultants.
- Partner crossfunctionally with departments including Operations Sales and HR to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Additional projects as may be assigned by the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred but not required.
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience in a highgrowth environment or a company backed by private equity or venture capital.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
- Handson experience with NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and teamoriented mindset.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Santa Monica headquarters Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $80000$95000 Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors including prior relevant job experience and skill set.
