We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pureplay fleet manager in the world we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Customer Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to our MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) Processors. The ideal candidate for this role has strong organizational and time management skills. Pays close attention to detail with the ability to multitask and solve problems.
A Day in the Life
Receive sort and scan incoming mail(Factory Invoices & MSO)
Process Returned mail
Update Element systems with MSO status data
Create Service Cloud cases for Dealer Network Team
Perform various clerical tasks ( preparing reports maintaining filings systems organizing documents)
Answering Service Cloud Cases (internal and external customers) 90% On Target Time Closure Rate
Help clients/customers with inquires
Resolve issues to ensure positive customer experience
Manage shared team email box
Partner with other departments (ITR) to aid in smooth transition
Assist team members to ensure we commit to client expectations.
Assist in completing task assigned by Manager
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
1 2 years professional experience in office environment
1 3 years experience in a customer service professional role
Automotive industry experience highly desired
23 year of experience in fleet management and/or vendor management
*Internally this role is known as MSO Processor
The hiring base salary range for this position is $46800 to $64400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
