BluePearl Pet Hospital in North Dallas TX is nowhiring fora professional customerservice oriented Referral Coordinator to join our team!
A Referral Coordinator ensures the effective client focused management of all referrals for the assigned service(s). As a Veterinary Referral Coordinator you will serve as the primary point of contact for referred clients managing their referral from originating appointment through close of case.
As a BluePearl Veterinary Referral Coordinator:
You schedule new appointments for the assigned specialty ensuringDVM(s) have record of new appointments.
You resolve any caserelated concerns prior to appointment.
You maintainassigned specialty service(s) email andfollowsdepartmental email triage procedures.
You gather pertinent information to ensure clientunderstands financial obligations.
You act as primary point of contact for clients and potential clients in their assigned specialty service(s).
You perform postprocedural and postsurgical phone call follow up with clients.
You receive process and fill prescription requests withDVMapproval for assigned specialty services(s)
You work with primaryDVMsregarding requests and routine questions.
You provideprimary careDVMsbloodwork/test results to keep them informedregardingreferred clients.
You ensure necessary communication regarding treatment isprovidedtimelyand documented appropriately.
You provide support to clinical staff in order to facilitate the administrative components of clinical referrals for various services.
