Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Production Asset Integration and Systems Engineers to support equipment and tooling within the 777 production system in Everett WA. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate MidLevel and Senior Engineers.

A successful candidate in this role will have passion creativity and an insatiable desire for process improvement and efficiency. They will also have a strong desire to be out on the production floor interacting with mechanics safety and equipment services and directly supporting the production system. In Production Engineering we need highly responsible professionals committed to upholding the highest standards of safety quality and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate program and project requirements develop complex equipment and tooling concepts and design solutions for the Production System.
• Compile and analyze technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design usability and rate estimates.
• Ensure compliance with safety producibility maintainability reliability ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment and tooling needs from suppliers.
• Troubleshoot current production issues related to quality safety and repeatability.
• Develop and implement workarounds and maintain configuration of hardware and documentation.
• Perform studies and make recommendations for disposition of assets.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
• 2 or more years related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of experience working in a production environment
• 2 or more years of project management experience supporting complex technical projects evaluating/selecting asset solutions in a production environment
• 1 or more years of experience working with hardware software and documentation configuration management
• 1 or more years of experience working to industry standards including compliance with hardware and safety codes
• Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques including composite fabrication
• Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate across diverse teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate Level (Level 2): $81600 $110400

Summary pay range for MidLevel (Level 3): $96050 $129950

Summary pay range for Senior Level (Level 4): $118150 $159850
