The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Contract Management Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Contracts Negotiation and Strategy (CNS) team in Renton WA
As a member of CNS the core team within BCA Contracts the selected candidate will closely partner with regional BCA Contracts teams and various BCA Finance organizations to: (i) audit the accuracy and completeness of Contract Finance Summaries (CFS) in the Pricing and Revenue Management System (PaRMS); (ii) provide training tools and guidance related to the CFS process; and (iii) support Boeing internal and third party audits of the CFS process. In addition the selected candidate will work with the VP of BCA Contracts and CNS Executives to draft and publish new pro forma agreements used for the sale and delivery of commercial airplanes to customers perform miscellaneous compliance responsibilities and support various other special projects.
The selected candidate will report directly to a CNS Executive and work closely with two (2) experienced Contract Management Specialists on CFSrelated activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Audit inwork Contract Finance Summaries in PaRMS
Provide organizational training and develop new tools related to CFS activity
Support Boeing internal and third party audits of the CFS process
Develop into a Subject Matter Expert for the CFS process and Delivery Invoicing in PaRMS
Partner with regional BCA Contracts teams and various BCA Finance organizations
Maintain business processes and data integrity
Assess process risks and control adequacy
Develop process documents and instructions
Draft pro forma agreements used for BCA Contracts transactions
Support organization compliance requirements
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
Familiarity with PaRMS
3 years of contracts accounting revenue management or airplane program financial planning experience
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of contracts accounting revenue management or airplane program financial planning experience
Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in PaRMS
Experience drafting and negotiating contractual agreements
Masters Degree or higher
