Job Description
Assist in the deployment and configuration of SCCM to manage endpoints and applications effectively.
- Support system updates patch management and software distribution processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with senior administrators on system enhancements and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Document processes procedures and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in IT projects related to SCCM and other systems management initiatives.
Required:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SCCM and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in IT support or administration preferably within a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
- Experience with remote management tools and software distribution methodologies.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
