Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manages human and material resources in a team environment under the leadership of the Patient Access Manager & Central Administration to provide realtime supervision of appointment specialists responsible for call answering appointment setting and messaging services according to established clinical protocols; ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction each and every time. Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in business healthcare or related field or appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • 1 2 years experience in customer service and/or call centers preferably in a healthcare setting OR Graduation from the Operations Development Program (ODP).
  • Minimum requirement of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Healthcare or customer service industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional caring approach strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Position will require the ability to type or keyboard 55 accurate words per minute.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate to a wide variety of customers.
