General Manager Lindora
Location: Woods Cross UT
Compensation: $70000 per year

What Youll Do:
As General Manager youll be the operational and cultural heartbeat of our Woods Cross clinic. Youll drive performance mentor a passionate team and ensure that every client receives personalized lifechanging care.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead coach and inspire a team of healthcare and customer service professionals

Manage daily clinic operations with attention to detail and strategic oversight

Drive revenue and client retention through goalsetting performance metrics and proactive problemsolving

Deliver exceptional service by creating a warm supportive and knowledgeable environment for staff and clients alike

Recruit train and develop new team members in alignment with Lindoras high standards

Ensure compliance with all operational health and safety protocols
What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in management or leadership roleshealth wellness or retail preferred

A natural motivator with strong communication and organizational skills
