We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer III Manufacturing Engineer (Process Engineer) to join our diverse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve safety quality efficiency and costeffectiveness. This position calls for a thorough comprehension of manufacturing principles strong analytical skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development and Optimization:

  • Design develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products and improve existing processes.
  • Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles for identifying and eliminating waste improving process flow and enhancing efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process control plans work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve processrelated issues.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through implementation.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams such as design production and quality to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress prepare reports and present findings to management.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to production teams to solve and resolve processrelated issues.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and standard methodologies in manufacturing engineering.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance including important metrics.
  • Recommend and implement datadriven solutions to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software process simulation tools and statistical analysis software. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Teamwork: Proven track record to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with automation and robotics in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional travel to other manufacturing sites or suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which may include exposure to noise dust and varying temperatures.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $83300.00$125000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
