TMHCC Stop Loss a $2 Billion division within TMHCC leads the way in providing medical stop loss insurance sold to employers. Medical Stop Loss provides an added layer of insurance protection to employers who choose to selffund their health benefit plans. Selffunding can incur risks from catastrophic claims and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.

Position Summary:
This internship offers handson experience with cuttingedge AI tools and platforms in a realworld enterprise setting. Under immediate supervision the candidate learns shadows and provides support in a business unit or department of Tokio Marine HCC. You will be involved in operationalizing existing AI solutions including data preparation testing some coding and troubleshooting. By the end of the internship the candidate will have handson experience with AI testing pipelines prompt engineering and the lifecycle of AI product deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned project tasks such as creating custom screens through PowerApps data preparation testing coding and troubleshooting existing AI solutions.
Observe and interact with various professionals.
Attending staff and departmental meetings on an ongoing basis.
Learn and apply best practices for enhancing code quality and operational efficiency.
Develop practices to enhance code quality and ease ofmaintenance.
Contribute to ad hoc technical tasks aligned with evolving project needs.
Desire to learn from the ground up work hard and develop technicalskills.
Ability to work independently and with minimalsupervision.
Interest in developing a handson understanding oftechnology
Follow work plans established timelines and predefined goals for assigned work.
Develop strong communication with the Enterprise Solutions Team and Business
Education Experience & Knowledge:
Possess and have the ability to apply basic knowledge of principles practices and procedures of SDLC
Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality tact and diplomacy
Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
General knowledge of application development QA process and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Understanding of Azure AI Services AI/ML concepts especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Machine Learning (ML).
Experience with PowerApps is a plus
Hybrid work schedule 4 days in the Kennesaw GA office 1 day remote
60 completed college hours from an accredited college or university and an average grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program applicable to Information Technology CIS or Computer Science
