Job Description
We are looking for a Golang Developer with strong experience in building highload systems and a passion for fintech and blockchain technologies. You will play a key role in developing and scaling the backend of our Indexes service integrating it with external and internal platforms and improving its overall reliability performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the backend architecture of the Indexes service
- Expanding the range of supported exchanges and indices
- Integrating with payment gateways internal services CRM systems PowerBI and the admin dashboard
- Optimizing and scaling existing solutions to handle increasing load and complexity
- Improving system monitoring logging and overall security
- Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to deliver highquality features
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with highload systems
- 3 years of handson development experience with Go
- Background in fintech crypto or blockchain projects
- Proactive mindset and a drive to propose and implement effective solutions
- Flexible thinking and the ability to find the right balance between speed and code quality
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills across technical and product teams
- Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
