Finance & Inventory Reporting Specialist
Location: Islamabad (Hybrid/Onsite)
Job Type: Fulltime
About Placentek:
Placentek is a growing operational and technology company that supports international businesses with highefficiency backend teams. Were hiring an experienced finance professional who not only manages books but understands inventory movement margins cash flow and can generate actionable insights for a fastpaced parts and ecommerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own fullcycle bookkeeping: invoicing bills reconciliations journal entries and monthend close.
- Analyze inventory movement across retail and ecommerce sales understand credit terms freight costs supplier relationships and stock writeoffs.
- Maintain and monitor accurate COGS and inventory valuation adjusting for shrinkage or variances.
- Build and continuously refine cash flow forecasts: highlight risks opportunities and make recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow) with commentary.
- Support pricing reorder thresholds and discount analysis using historical trends and future projections.
- Collaborate with management to develop KPI dashboards that give real visibility into business performance.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping financial reporting and inventoryheavy businesses.
- Have worked with auto parts retail or inventoryfocused companies (preferred).
- Handson with QuickBooks Online or Xero Google Sheets/Excel and reconciliation tools.
- Understand stock valuation reorder cycles freight costs and how they affect financials.
- Able to interpret numbers not just record them confident providing recommendations and insights.
- Bonus: Exposure to international clients (especially AU/UK) and experience working with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce) and payment gateways.

- Google Sheets / Excel
- Slack Notion Trello (for communication collaboration)
