Job Description
Company Background:
Our client is a food manufacturing company which is based in Malaysia. Headquarters in Johor Bahru. It operates in the Cookie and Cracker Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production materials and supply chain plans in coordination with sales and operations.
- Analyze forecasts and trends to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand with capacity.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy inventory turnover and ontime delivery.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Procurement Production Sales and Logistics teams.

Identify and mitigate supply risks or capacity constraints.

Implement planning tools and systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Lead mentor and develop the planning team (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.

5 years of planning experience preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.

Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Leadership experience preferred.
Working Hours8:00am 6:00pm Mon Fri At least 1 Saturday OT for monthly stock count
Salary Range: RM7500 RM9500
