Our client is a food manufacturing company which is based in Malaysia. Headquarters in Johor Bahru. It operates in the Cookie and Cracker Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production materials and supply chain plans in coordination with sales and operations.
Analyze forecasts and trends to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels.
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand with capacity.
Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy inventory turnover and ontime delivery.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Procurement Production Sales and Logistics teams.
Identify and mitigate supply risks or capacity constraints.
Implement planning tools and systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
Lead mentor and develop the planning team (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.
5 years of planning experience preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and Excel.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Leadership experience preferred.
Working Hours8:00am 6:00pm Mon Fri At least 1 Saturday OT for monthly stock count
