Job Summary:
The Outlets Supervisors leads daily store operations within a dynamic highsecurity airport environment. They supervise the sales team drive commercial performance and ensure an outstanding customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Main Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance and service goals.
- Manage work schedules task delegation and daily shift operations.
- Train and onboard new staff on sales techniques store procedures and airport security rules.
- Serve as the main operational liaison between the team and Store Manager.
Sales Performance
- Monitor daily sales average basket size and conversion rates.
- Support team in achieving individual and collective sales targets.
- Analyze KPIs and suggest improvements based on customer and market feedback.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives professional warm and personalized service.
- Resolve customer concerns with diplomacy and speed.
- Maintain strong shop floor presence to support team performance.
Cash Handling & Compliance
- Oversee cash operations refunds and exception handling.
- Ensure compliance with dutyfree VAT refund and foreign exchange procedures.
- Enforce airport security and conduct standards.
Merchandising & Stock
- Ensure proper product replenishment visual merchandising and display standards.
- Support inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the boutique clean organized and aligned with brand guidelines.
Main Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in retail or team management.
- 23 years experience in sales and/or supervisory roles.
- Background in airport retail dutyfree or luxury sales is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French Chinese Korean) are a strong asset.
- Strong sales leadership and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in POS systems stock and shift reporting.
- Reliable adaptable and diplomatic in a multicultural setting.
