Job Summary:
Prepare and cook continental dishes (Western cuisine) ensuring quality presentation and food
safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standard recipes.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the right temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Assist with inventory control and kitchen organization.
- Comply with food handling and sanitation standards
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience in continental cuisine.
- Knowledge of HACCP or food safety protocols.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with positive attitude.
