Job Overview
Are you passionate about identifying and connecting with top talent across the globe We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our team in managing the entire recruitment processfrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate while closely collaborating with our hiring managers.
Your Tasks
- Own the fullcycle recruitment process: resource planning job posting selecting channels screening interviewing and managing the decision process
- Source and engage active and passive candidates; help build our talent pipeline
- Support development and execution of recruiting strategies in line with Solactives needs
- Position Solactive as an attractive employer to potential candidates
- Assist with HR and crossfunctional projects as needed
- Collaborate closely with the Solactive HR team
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of handson experience as a Recruiter ideally in a highgrowth or startup setting
- Familiarity with modern recruiting methods tools and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resultsdriven proactive and highly organized with strong relationshipbuilding skills
- Confident reliable and able to work independently in a teamoriented culture
- Intercultural competence
