Role:Senior Educator
Location: Cranbrook Townsville QLD.
Centre: Goodstart Cranbrook
Employment Type: FullTime 38 hours per week
Pay: up to $38.02 per hour Superannuation Benefits

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Experienced Leadership: Work under the guidance of our dedicated Centre Director who brings over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector since 2000 ensuring quality mentorship and support.

Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
