Sheehy Auto Storesseeks an energetic employee for the fulltime Sales Receptionist position. As the Sales Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership. Youll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Direct customers to the appropriate sales staff or department
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Greet customers in a warm professional manner as they arrive at the dealership
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and showroom area
- Assist with light administrative duties such as data entry filing and preparing sales documents
- Support the sales team with various tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or higher
- A professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass preemployment testing to include background checks (MVR drug test)
