Position Summary
TrueTimber Outdoors is a design distribution and sourcing company with over 100 employees located in Inman SC. The company specializes in apparel textiles marine components hydrographic film and outdoor recreational accessories. As a subsidiary of the national outdoor retailer Bass Pro Shops since 2014 the company has experienced high levels of growth year after year and provides talentedindividuals accelerated career growth within the company.
We are currently seeking a selfmotivated highly organized Production and Sales Order Clerk to join our team. In the role of Production and Sales Order Clerk your duties will include the precise entry verification and upkeep of data within spreadsheets and databases while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Management Utilize advanced Excel skills to create update and maintain various spreadsheets related to production workinprocess (WIP) and sales orders.
- WIP Production Spreadsheets Assist managing WIP production spreadsheets to ensure accurate tracking of production stages and inventory levels.
- Work Orders Understand and assist in work order processes.
- Sales Order Entries Accurately enter sales orders in ERP system ensuring all customer requirements and specifications are met.
- Inventory Control Responsible for relieving inventory of materials used in daily production and entering finished goods produced into inventory.
- Communication Assist with production sales and inventory teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong knowledge of Excel functions formulas and formatting.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to identify errors.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve datarelated issues.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with common computer software and hardware.
- Experience with NetSuite (Optional): Experience with NetSuite software is a plus.
