We are looking for a lover of nature to maintain our grounds gardens flowerbeds shrubbery trees and lawns. Maintain the lawns on a seasonal basis. Trim prune shape and plant various trees bushes shrubs and other plants as directed by the Maintenance Director. Maintain gardens flowerbeds and shrubbery as necessary. Maintain all outside water lines and equipment as necessary. Keep grounds free of debris and hazards. Provide preventative maintenance on equipment and general maintenance within and around the community as needed.
What you will need for this position:
Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous grounds keeping is preferred but not necessary.
An equivalent combination of experience education and other qualifications may be considered.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
Must possess minor carpentry painting and mechanical skills.
