The University of Daytons School of Business Administration seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to inspire the next generation of business professionals. This nontenure track position is a ninemonth appointment beginning August 16 2025 with opportunities for renewal and promotion. About the Role
In this dynamic role the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary with full benefits including health dental and vision insurance retirement disability support for a dualcareer program for spouses of prospective and newly hired faculty a relocation package and tuition remission benefits. Additionally Lecturers may choose to participate in the universitys promotion process leading to Principal and Senior Lecturer statuses. This is a ninemonth renewable position with an early starting date; typical ninemonth contracts are from August 16 to May 15.
You will teach 12 credit hours of engaging business courses each semester over two semesters including the following:

The School of Business Administration is accredited by AACSB International. It offers nine undergraduate majors through four academic departments as well as an MBA and several specialized masters degree programs. The school includes several centers of excellence including the Business Research Group Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Davis Center for Portfolio Management Hanley Trading Center Fiore Talarico Center for Professional Selling Center for the Integration of Faith and Work and Center for Project Excellence. A business advisory council consisting of senior executives from across the U.S. advises the dean on planning and development issues.
