We are growing and seeking anexperienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional ready to lead a winning team in a growing Kentucky market.
What Youll Do
Lead and develop a team of 68 automotive sales professionals
Desk new and used car deals to maximize frontend and backend gross
Achieve monthly goals: 50 new and 60 used units per month
Coach daily to improve closing rates PVR and customer experience
Manage lead followup processes in CRM and hold team accountable
Work closely with F&I and inventory management
Ensure high CSI and smooth delivery process for every customer
Enforce dealership policies and compliance with state and OEM standards
What You Bring
3 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (GM experience a plus)
Strong desking skills and ability to structure profitable deals
Proven ability to drive volume and gross performance
Excellent leadership communication and training skills
Familiarity with tools like Tekion Vauto Dealertrack
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
