Youll contribute by developing the tools that bring our onscreen visuals to life scripting data interfaces managing crucial databases and building applications to control our graphics engines.

Youll solve the challenges of integrating dynamic data with captivating graphics and play a vital role in building a robust and collaborative foundation for our departments future growth across production engineering and operations.


Key job responsibilities
Dive into Data: Youll team up with the tech gurus to build and manage the databases that power our onscreen graphics. Think of it as making sure all the right info flows smoothly from the data sources to what you see on TV.

Speak the Language of Data: Youll be the bridge between different systems using APIs and web services to pull in both live and past data and get it ready for our graphics.

Master the Graphics Magic: Youll write and manage the scripts that tell our VizRT graphics templates how to display that realtime and stored data. Basically youll be making the cool visuals happen!

Build Cool Tools: Youll get to create your own web or desktop applications using C# in Visual Studio to control our custom graphics think of it as building the ultimate remote control for our visuals.

Team Up and Understand: Youll work closely with the Prime Video Live Sports crew and other Amazon teams to figure out exactly what data and applications they need. Youll be the goto person for making sure their visions become reality.

Be the Fixer: When things go sideways with data connections hardware or software youll be the one to jump in troubleshoot and get everything back on track. Youll be the superhero of smooth broadcasts!


Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field
5 years of professional software development experience using C# and Visual Studio
5 years handson experience developing with .NET Framework and JavaScript frameworks ()
5 years experience writing and optimizing TSQL queries stored procedures and views in MS SQL Server
3 years experience with TypeScript JavaScript and VBScript development
Demonstrated experience implementing TCP/UDP socket programming solutions
Experience supporting live production environments and missioncritical systems
Must be able to work onsite including weekends and occasional travel for remote events

Technical Skills Must Include:
C# / .NET Framework
JavaScript / TypeScript
MS SQL Server / TSQL
Live graphics renderer integration
Streaming platform development
Visual Studio IDE

Professional Experience:
7 years software development experience in broadcast/television production environments
5 years handson experience integrating live graphics renderers (VizRT or Unreal Engine)
5 years developing solutions for streaming platforms
5 years working with realtime sports data and statistical feeds

Technical Expertise:
Experience with broadcastspecific protocols and systems
Track record of implementing streaming platform integrations
Portfolio of successful live production software deployments
History of graphics automation system development

Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience in sports broadcast technology
Background in live production workflows
Demonstrated success developing realtime data visualization solutions

Additional Skills:
Experience with multiple graphics rendering platforms
History of live broadcast support
Record of successful remote production support

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $256100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
