Proactively manage fullcycle recruiting including phone and inperson interviewing coordinating interviews coordinating with hiring managers
Source candidates via LinkedIn job boards networking university relations and Boolean searches
Track recruiting metrics such as call volume timetofill and pipeline of candidates
Conduct thorough first round phone screens ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers
Schedule and manage phone and onsite interview process
Organize and attend recruiting events locally or in your assigned region
Keep all job postings uptodate; act as a social media expert to build brand awareness and attract highly talented professionals
Maintain a positive candidate experience by answering questions and communicating expectations
Manage background check and drug screen processes
Act as a talent advisor to the business
Take action and recommend solutions to increase candidate experience
