Job Description
The Maritime Academy of Toledo is a grade 612 community school in Toledo Ohio. It is our vision at the Maritime Academy of Toledo to shape future leaders by developing strong character and innovative minds. We are a school on the rise and want staff members that are willing to support that vision. Position start date: August are taking applicants for a full time middle school Mathematics teacher for 6th 8th :1). Valid Ohio 49 Mathematics License or 712 Integrated Mathematics License.2). Clear BCI/FBI CheckResponsibilities*Develop and implement engaging mathematics lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.*Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning environment.*Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide individualized support as needed.*Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student understanding of mathematical concepts.*Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues to promote academic success and collaboration.*Participate in professional development and contribute to curriculum development send resume and cover letter to withemployment in the subject line.
