Job Description
The Radiation Safety & Medical Physics intern will work within the Radiology Department supporting temporary projects and providing departmental support. This internship is an opportunity to get handson experience with Radiation Safety and Medical Physics duties and assignments as well as shadowing staff to better understand various career paths and functions of the area.
Work Schedule:
- Primarily weekdays.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or experience in radiation safety and/or medical physics.
Additional Information:
This is a nonunion 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul MN. The salary for this position is $20.50 per hour. This position is nonexempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for benefits. Regions is also proud to be aBeyond the Yellow Ribbon Company.
