The base pay scale for this position is $144638.95 $161626.45. In addition this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to: scope of role level of experience education accomplishments internal equity budget and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The HSS Orthopedics Now program provides consistent immediate access for patients 12 years and older with an undiagnosed musculoskeletal injury or sudden onset of pain to be triaged receive an initial diagnosis and if appropriate quickly connected to the right subspecialized level of care.
The HSS Orthopedics Now Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) sees patients at an HSS location to triage diagnose treat and when needed refer patients to a higher level of care in an expedited timeframe.
The NP/PA sees patients autonomously in collaboration with and with the support of HSS physicians. The NP/PA is an advanced practice provider who is licensed to practice their profession and provides a full range of primary acute and specialty healthcare services.
