About the Role

As a Trust and Safety Wellness Counselor youll provide onsite overnight support to a team of content moderators working in highfocus emotionally demanding roles. Your presence helps create a safer healthier work environment by offering brief solutionfocused interventions facilitating group wellness sessions and guiding resiliencebuilding practices that support staff wellbeing during nontraditional hours.

This is not a traditional clinical role. While youll draw on your training as a licensed behavioral health professional your work focuses on supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace helping team members manage stress navigate challenges and access resources when needed.

Working closely with program leadership youll contribute to a larger wellness strategy that prioritizes prevention connection and sustainability for those doing essential Trust and Safety work.

    • Rotating schedule:
    • Week 1: Sunday Monday Tuesday

    • Week 2: Monday Tuesday Wednesday

Job Summary

In this role youll provide overnight onsite wellness support to Trust and Safety personnel through brief interventions group sessions and proactive programming. Your goal is to foster a culture of resilience reduce stress and ensure team members feel supported during emotionally demanding work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Direct Support

  • Offer brief solutionfocused oneonone support sessions (scheduled and ondemand)
  • Provide psychoeducational support to content moderators
  • Facilitate onboarding checkins and offboarding support for team members
  • Respond to urgent or crisis situations with calm compassionate care
  • Refer individuals to EAP or external services when appropriate

Deliver Wellness Programming

  • Codevelop and lead wellness workshops tailored to the needs of the team
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of engaging educational sessions on resilience coping and selfcare
  • Promote access to wellness tools and resources available to staff

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Work closely with the Wellness Site Lead and Program Manager to align on program goals
  • Consult with site leadership on employee wellbeing or behavioral concerns as needed
  • Partner with clinical peers to ensure consistent highquality support

Maintain Clinical Standards

  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in accordance with clinical and company policies
  • Participate in regular clinical consultation and supervision
  • Maintain active licensure and professional credentials

Be a Reliable Team Member

  • Arrive on time and ready to provide coverage for your designated overnight shifts
  • Flexibly support other teams or shifts as needed for critical events or planned coverage
  • Contribute to a positive professional and teamoriented work environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
  • Licensure: Active Idaho clinical license at the associate level or higher (e.g. LMSW LCSW LPC LCPC AMFT LMFT)
  • Experience:
    • Candidates should have some prior clinical experience which may include internships practicums or postgraduate work
    • 1 years of professional experience is preferred but not required
    • We welcome applications from newly licensed associatelevel clinicians who are eager to grow their skills in brief intervention group support and workplace wellness
    • Experience with crisis response or group facilitation is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and active listening abilities
    • Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries in emotionally sensitive environments
    • Familiarity with clinical documentation and confidentiality standards
  • Language: English fluency required

    Physical Requirements:
    This position is primarily sedentary requiring prolonged sitting while performing administrative tasks. The role involves extensive use of a computer for typing using a mouse and reading information on a screen for extended periods. Additionally frequent phone use is required for communication with team members clients or external parties. Essential physical functions include fingering grasping pulling hand over hand and repetitive motions all necessary for navigating software entering data and interacting with electronic documents.

    Mental and Cognitive Requirements:
    The role demands strong concentration and attention to detail to complete tasks accurately. Critical thinking and problemsolving skills are necessary to address issues that may arise in daytoday duties. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for responding to inquiries and collaborating with others.

    Work Environment:
    This position is typically remote requiring a home office environment with appropriate lighting a computer and phone access. The workspace should be free from distractions to ensure effective focus and productivity during work hours.
