Job Description
Do you have cashier experience at a dealership Do you enjoy helping others and working on multiple projects at once Were hiring an Automotive Cashier to join our team at Castle Automotive Group in Downers Grove.
Automotive Cashier Responsibilities
- Receive and manage payments by cash check credit cards vouchers or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
- Scans service and parts documents
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Automotive Cashier Qualifications
- At least 2 years of dealership cashier experience
- Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once
- Desire to jump in to support the team wherever theres a need
- Ability to work the listed hours
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Hours: Monday Friday 7am 5pm; Saturday: 7am 6pm; rotating schedule
Compensation: Cashier: $16$16/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
