This position will be responsible for leading Kentucky Eagles social media marketing strategy and campaigns for our brands as well as being responsible for our ecommerce platforms. The position will create new social media campaigns and use established content from our suppliers to market Kentucky Eagle and its portfolio to a diverse group of people in a fresh and innovative way.
Kentucky Eagle is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness consumer engagement and sales growth for Kentucky Eagle and our supplier partners. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills a passion for social media and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales management team to implement strategic objectives.
Design and execute a digital marketing strategy to support Kentucky Eagles growth and that of our suppliers.
Develop targeted digital campaigns to drive consumer trial tracking key performance metrics (impressions clickthrough rates and sales lift).
Manage and regularly update the retail portal working with vendors to enhance functionality and improve the retailers experience.
Leverage site analytics to optimize online retailer experience and portal performance.
Create and distribute engaging content including monthly newsletters weekly special release materials and daily retailer portal updates.
Develop and oversee training programs for ecommerce platforms.
Engage retailers and customers across social media channels (e.g. Facebook TikTok Instagram Twitter) to promote our brands.
Grow and maintain Kentucky Eagles social media presence by increasing follower engagement.
Manage and update the Kentucky Eagle website with fresh compelling content to promote our portfolio.
Provide detailed campaign performance reports including metrics such as likes impressions and comments.
Support media initiatives including community relations and social responsibility campaigns.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Kentucky ABC policies and standards.
Monitor and report on retailer portal performance including usership rates trends sales goal integration enhancements and userfriendliness (internal and external).
Maintain a deep understanding of Kentucky Eagles portfolio brand positioning marketing strategies and key relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience managing corporate social media marketing programs).
2 years of experience creating and publishing social media content. ( TikTok Instagram).
Ability to analyze and interpret engagement metrics and its business impact.
1 year of experience with geofencing and Google Analytics (preferred).
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication project management skills and must be self motivated.
