Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity: Drive Growth and Efficiency as CFO at Krcher Technology Latvia
Join Krcher Technology Latvia in Jelgava at a pivotal moment of expansion as it ramps up to become a leading global manufacturer in municipal technology and vehicle wash systems. Interpool is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial operations and contribute significantly to the future success of Krcher Technology Latvia.

As part of the management board you will lead the complete financial personnel and IT spectrum providing strategic guidance to drive efficiency and sustainable growth within our manufacturing operations.
Collaborating with the Managing Director you will develop and execute the plants financial strategy offering crucial financial insights for key decisionmaking processes.
You will oversee all aspects of accounting and controlling ensuring precise tracking of production costs to maximize profitability and financial performance.
In close collaboration with German Headquarters you will provide reporting calculations and pricing strategies translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations for the Executive Board.
You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks within plant operations safeguarding the companys financial stability and future growth.
You will oversee the integration of IT and HR functions into Krcher systems and establish a robust recruiting plan to support our expansion.
Leading and mentoring a team of 11 professionals in Finance HR and IT you will foster efficient and integrated processes across these critical functions.
Job requirements
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline (Masters or MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
A deep understanding of cost accounting principles inventory valuation methods and standard costing systems.
Exceptional analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Comprehensive knowledge of local and international accounting standards tax regulations cash flow management financial planning and reporting.
Demonstrated proficiency in SAP.
A visionary and coaching leadership style combined with a systematic and handson work ethic.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluency in Latvian and English is essential (proficiency in Russian or German is advantageous).
