Nestled in the heart of Ascot one of the UKs most beautiful country house hotels is seeking a dedicated Night Manager. This role involves exceeding guest expectations and ensuring each visitor enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay.
You will have experience using Opera and have a driving license due to the location of the property.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Night Manager
- 34000 per annum plus 3500 to 4000 service charge
- Working circa 42 hours per week 4 on 4 off
- Working 12hour shifts
- Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7:15am

Responsibilities as the Night Manager
- Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience no matter the time of night
- Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests including exclusive VIPs celebrities bluechip companies and international travellers
- Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotels high standards of excellence throughout the night
- Embracing the hotels excellent training and development opportunities
- Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing highquality training
The hotel is looking for a warm and welcoming Night Manager who is committed to ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for no matter the time of night! This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to serving exclusive VIPs and prestigious bluechip clients.
