A highly respected employeeowned firm is looking to recruit up to two Clinical Negligence Solicitors with 46 years PQE to join its awardwinning team. Based in Altrincham with the option to work fully remotely after your induction period this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle maximum severity work in a supportive and forwardthinking environment.
As part of a Legal 500 and Chambersrecognised team youll work alongside law society panel members on complex often lifechanging cases. Youll be supported in your personal development enjoy genuine worklife balance and contribute to a culture rooted in kindness collaboration and trust.
Who were looking for
Qualified solicitor with 46 years PQE in clinical negligence
Proven experience managing multitrack highvalue claims
Able to manage caseloads independently with confidence and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player who is selfmotivated professional and organised
Comfortable working in a paperless environment
Strong IT skills including MS Word and Excel
Key responsibilities
Handle a mixed caseload of multitrack clinical negligence matters
Work closely with counsel and experts advising clients throughout their claim
Manage all case documentation via case management systems
Ensure compliance with file management standards and court deadlines
Represent clients in court and tribunal settings where required
Maintain regular clear communication with clients
