Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years trained TA to join our inclusive and thriving Early Years team. You will play a key role in providing highquality care and education to create a safe nurturing and inspiring environment for the children in your care.

Do you:
- Have previous experience working with threeyearolds.
- Have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development and a genuine passion for supporting childrens development
- Have a kind and nurturing approach
- Aim to be a reflective practitioner who is keen to grow and develop their pedagogy
- Have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Have high expectations for both yourself and the children with an understanding of educating the whole child through a creative and playbased curriculum with quality interactions at the heart of everything you do
- Have high levels of empathy a knowledge of traumainformed approaches and how to support all childrens individual needs
- Have a desire to inspire motivate and make a real difference
- Hold the belief that all children can achieve their full potential
