Ce poste va vous permettre de vendre et promouvoir les produits Sony auprs des clients favoriser la revente entretenir les relations et saligner sur la stratgie de vente.
Vous devez avoir le sens de la vente et de lanticipation ainsi que des comptences analytiques qui vous permettent de crer de nouvelles opportunits. Vous maintenez jour tous les outils mis la disposition de la force de vente en veillant ce que leurs actions et leurs informations soient parfaitement actualises.
Vos missions:

Vous serez responsable de vendre aux clients les produits Sony en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux dfinis tout en tenant compte des normes et des valeurs de lentreprise
Grer efficacement les comptes dans un environnement de vente multicanaux et stimuler la croissance dans les canaux traditionnels et lecommerce
Optimiser la conversion au niveau des prestations de services de premire ligne afin de dynamiser la vente lutilisateur final
Dfinir une stratgie de distribution efficace avec les grands comptes attribus
Crer et accrotre la part de march Sony chez les clients en magasin et online
Effectuer la mise jour et le reporting des planifications et des prvisions de ventes
Mettre jour les documents de suivi de promotions et dactivation de la Force de vente Terrain (RSM)
Ngocier en centrale des oprations permettant des relais efficaces pour la force de vente chez chacun des clients
Collaborer quotidiennement avec les quipes du marketing support aux ventes communication marketing client credit manager etc.
Collaborer troitement avec le responsable Channel Marketing et garantir quune coopration complte est en place avec le client avec de lanticipation
Coordonner et participer aux vnements organiss par Sony et ses clients.
Un master dans un domaine pertinent (Marketing Ventes ou Ecommerce) et une exprience commerciale dans la gestion de grands comptes multicanaux
Une Excellente capacit danalyse
Des comptences sur MS Office (Excel et Powerpoint)

You will need a sense of sales and anticipation as well as analytical skills that enable you to build new opportunities. You will keep all tools available to the Sales Force up to date ensuring their actions and information are perfectly current.

Sell to customers by achieving defined business objectives and profit taking into account company standards and values.
Manage accounts effectively in a multichannel sales environment and drive growth across traditional channels and ecommerce.
Optimize the conversion of frontline services to boost sales to endusers.
Stipulate and define pricing policies and contractual clauses.
Define an effective distribution strategy with key accounts.
Build and increase Sonys market share with instore and online customers.
Update and report on sales planning and forecasts.
Update monitoring promotional and activation documents for the Field Sales Force (RSM).
Negotiate operations with the head office to ensure effective relays for the sales force at each of their customers sites.
Collaborate daily with marketing sales support customer marketing communications the credit manager etc.
Collaborate closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and ensure full partnership with the customer with sufficient anticipation.
Coordinate and participate in Sony and customer events.
5 years higher education plus commercial experience in managing large multichannel retail accounts.
Good knowledge of marketing and ecommerce.
Advanced skills and good experience in complex negotiations with key accounts.
Proficiency in English is important.
Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel.
Creative mind.
Ability to work as part of a team and in a fastchanging environment.
Driven by achieving objectives and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
Good knowledge and use of social networks is a plus.
