Location: Remote/Hybrid North America (Boston MA or Toronto Canada preferred)

Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Development youll collaborate with Sales Marketing Revenue Operations Product and SDR Enablement & Operations to ensure consistent GTM execution aligned to strategic growth.

You will lead a sales development team responsible for generating pipeline across Quadients Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Financial Automation Solutions portfolios targeting prospects across SMB MM and Enterprise market segments. Own pipeline generation for CCM and Financial Automation portfolios across applicable market segments in North America.

  • Provide firstline and secondline leadership to SDRs and SDR managers driving strategic direction and high execution standards.
  • Establish and maintain a highperformance processdriven culture where SDRs are motivated supported and held accountable.
  • Align closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure coordinated territory planning ICP targeting and lead conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create integrated segmentspecific campaigns that enable SDR success and drive revenue.
  • Continuously optimize scalable cadences workflows enablement and onboarding across segments.
  • Implement and evolve robust performance management frameworks and KPIs segmented by market tier channel and region.

Your Profile

  • 5 years in B2B Sales Development with 2 years in leadership of both SDR managers and teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading multilevel SDR organizations across SMB MM and Enterprise markets.
  • Experience building highoutput processdriven teams rooted in culture and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to exceed pipeline generation targets in complex multistakeholder sales environments.
  • Deep expertise in inbound/outbound prospecting ABM strategy and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Salesloft LinkedIn Sales Navigator ORUM and 6sense.
  • Strong coaching performance management and talent development capabilities.
  • Technically savvy with an interest in leveraging evolving AI technologies to enhance and scale GTM efforts.
