We are looking for an Associate Customer Service (New Vehicle Acquisition) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pureplay fleet manager in the world we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Associate Customer Service you will support the New Vehicle Acquisition Consultants (NVACs) regarding new vehicle acquisition processes including but not limited to fleet spec setup price & specs driver selectors and client projects.

A Day in the Life

• Create new based vehicle profiles for our North American clients over 7000 per year

• Create yearoveryear Fleet Spec Excel comparisons

• Support NVAC with research and client project requests

• Upload replacement plans work with FPS/NVAC to resolve errors and send out driver selectors

• Create Price & Configurations for Commercial for prospect & RFP request

• Other duties as assigned by NVAC Manager as needed which may require surging to other areas when needed

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Requirements

• College degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience); 12 years of business experience preferred

• Proficient use of MS Office tools (Outlook Excel Word)

• Highest level of business ethics and personal integrity

• Excellent communications skills (oral/written)

• Knowledge of the Fleet/Automotive Industry preferred

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46800 $ 64400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
