What youll be doing
CIBCs Wood Gundy team is the fullservice brokerage division of CIBC serving our high net worth clientele. As a Branch Assistant you will provide ongoing support to the branch manager investment advisors and their teams through managing the reception area of the Wood Gundy branch provide excellent customer service to clients and manage the day to day activities. You will also ensure the efficiency of the operations of the branch through a wide range of administrative activities.

Important Information
We may ask you to complete an attributebased assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation coding French proficiency MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you all that you have to offer and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.
You must be currently enrolled in postsecondary education and returning to fulltime studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Coop program to be considered for a role.
