About the role
The National Parks and Wildlife Service is offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Officer to join a dedicated highperforming team. This role contributes to the conservation of our natural environment the maintenance of built assets and the delivery of services to the community and visitors in the stunning Coffs Coast area.
As the Administrative Support Officer you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Area. Your responsibilities will include providing essential administrative financial office and records management support to both office and field staff ensuring highquality service delivery at every step. Key tasks will involve managing and rostering administrative staff budget review financial reporting procurement fleet management and assisting staff with technology use.
Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and auditing data adhering to public sector policies and procedures and professionally handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
About you
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who excels in a fastpaced environment. You should possess excellent administrative skills strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities. Additionally you should be able to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
