Position Summary
This newly created position will serve as a key thought partner on the Traffic and Digital Engagement Team within our Digital Performance Marketing organization responsible for sourcing identifying trending and storytelling using large and disparate data sets across the AT&T digital experience
Responsible for supporting a seamless and engaging digital customer journey specifically focusing on upper funnel customer experience analytics and signals
The ideal candidate will be a datadriven strategic thinker with a strong background in analytics and ecommerce optimization
Position Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics.
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify key performance indicators and metrics that drive business success.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with analytics teams and business teams to interpret data identify trends and optimize digital strategies.
Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes to enhance customer journeys and improve progression from the upper funnel experiences ultimately improving performance and driving digital sales growth across AT&Ts ecosystem.
Apply advanced analytical skills to gain insights into business and model performance clearly presenting results across varying levels of partners and stakeholders in support of strategic decision making.
Partner closely with Digital Product and Analytic teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
Influence decisions made by the team through the presentation of databased insights.
Work closely with internal and external business partners in building implementing tracking and improving upper funnel strategies.
Partner with teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of modern data and modeling techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Analytics Data Science Business or a related field (Masters or advanced degree preferred)
57 years of experience in marketing or ecommerce analytics with a proven track record of measuring customer behavior points of friction and impact of growth strategies
Proven track record of measuring digital experiences across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels digital tools and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and optimization.
Expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive decisionmaking and optimize digital experiences.
Expertise in Google Analytics Adobe Analytics Quantum Metric Fullstory or similar platforms.
Understanding of frontend development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and responsive design.
Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform design and strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
Datadriven decision maker who can derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Collaborative and able to work crossfunctionally.
