Fire Protection Project Manager (Hybrid Middle River MD)
Location: Middle River MD Hybrid (Office Remote & FieldBased)
FullTime Salary: $80000$90000 annually
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead construction and life safety projects across the MD/VA/DC region. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work from our Middle River MD office remotely and onsite as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Projects EndtoEnd: Manage all phases of construction projectsfrom planning to closeoutensuring theyre delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Oversee Multiple Projects: Handle several projects across various customer accounts and facility types simultaneously.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Program Managers field staff and clients to define scope schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure Compliance: Review drawings and specifications to meet NFPA UFC and local code requirements.
- Track Progress: Use project management tools and CRM systems to monitor milestones manage submittals and document change orders.
- Manage Budgets: Track costs procure subcontractor quotes and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Conduct Site Visits: Travel as needed across MD/VA/DC to monitor progress and conduct inspections.
- Lead Communication: Host project meetings with stakeholders and clients to align on progress and resolve issues.
- Close Projects Effectively: Ensure timely completion of documentation asbuilts and customer signoffs.

- Experience managing construction or life safety projects
- Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with project management software and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel regionally and work in a hybrid environment
- Interest in obtaining NICET certification
