Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. Were seeking a patientfocused technician to deliver lifechanging TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills receive specialized training and truly connect with patients. Fulltime MondayFriday 8hour shifts between 7am7pm.

  • Location: Primarily based in our Greenbelt center with occasional regional coverage as needed.

Your Role:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines meticulously monitor patient responses administer and record psychiatric rating scales and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient wellbeing and accurate recordkeeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care maintain accurate EHR and manage patient scheduling checkin checkout and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma Associates Degree Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical certification coupled with significant relevant work experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Psychology Social Work or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong clinical interviewing skills. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Companys employee benefit plans which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; companypaid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; companypaid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for nonexempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Fulltime exempt employees will be eligible for FlexPTO which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms company policies and are subject to change.
