Minimum Qualifications
Highschool Diploma Project Management skills are required to manage from the smallest moves up to renovations of space and construction of new buildings.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have general knowledge of building systems including HVAC Mechanical Electrical Building Envelope and Infrastructure. Proficiency in ACAD or similar is helpful some ability to work with drawing programs is required. Communication skills and the ability to work with a broad spectrum of people from construction trades to Board members Other software experience to create and work with spreadsheets and documents and organizational skills to manage files for responsive recovery and reporting We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
